Shani works utilising Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (MBSR, MBCT and DBT). As a practitioner of mindful-meditation, and a researcher in the field, I believe in the usefulness of such interventions for the prevention of depression stress and anger/mood instability.
